Australia’s beloved, The Nude Nutritionist, Lyndi Cohen, chat with YouTube fitness sensation Cassey Ho about all things health.
Lyndi Cohen: What do you think it is about yours that stood out from all the other YouTube fitness videos?
Cassey Ho: I’m completely real and honest. I’m not trying to sell fitness gimmicks or fads. I simply want to make it feel like my POPsters are working out with a friend.
What is the one food you make sure you eat every day to make sure you are the best fuelled version of yourself?
I like to kick-start my mornings with a healthy breakfast to fuel my day. My breakfasts always include fruit and right now I am obsessed with adding Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit to my meals. My goal is to always become better and stronger. But lately I have been focusing on increasing my endurance and strength through my PIIT28 workouts. I have already noticed incredible strength gains in my upper body in only a few short months!
How do you motivate yourself on your off days?
The hardest part is getting started. But, I think about how good I feel after my workouts, and that’s usually enough to motivate me to get moving!
What foods do you wish people ate more of?
I wish people would eat more fresh fruit and whole foods. I don’t think they realise how much it benefits their bodies!
