Trump recommends bathing with a toaster to “zap away” coronavirus

Following the same logical rope as his bleach solution, Donald Trump has proffered another way to beat the coronavirus with simple household goods.

President Trump, in his latest coronavirus briefing, suggested “zapping” coronavirus could be a great way to kill the virus.

“So, supposing we hit the body with a tremendous, whether it’s AC or just very powerful electrodes — and I think you said that hasn’t been checked but you’re going to test it,” Trump said. “And then, I said, supposing you brought the electricity inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way, like a toaster in the bath. Zap!”

He continued: “And I think you said you’re going to test that, too. Sounds interesting.”

Critics and scientists have warned the public not to do this as it is very harmful and potentially fatal.

“PLEASE do NOT get in the bath with a toaster. This is a terrible idea,” said Dr. Gary Yules. “I can’t believe I actually have to say this in 2020, but here we are.”

Trump has also been criticized for suggesting injection or ingestion of bleach could also kill the virus.

Fox News was quick to defend the president:

“The left-wing media will do anything to bad mouth Trump,” said Sean Hannity. “How do we know bleach won’t kill the virus? How do we know a toaster in the bath won’t kill the virus? Trump’s brain is so much bigger than everyone else that most people can’t even comprehend what he says.”

Please do not drink bleach or get in the bath with a toaster. Unless you want to own the left.
