In order to solve Indigenous issues, it’s time whitefellas stop forcing solutions and start listening to what’s needed – Jeremy Goff
Jeremy Goff has worked on and off in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander policy and economic development for the last 20 years. He’s been a management consultant, a senior bureaucrat in regional government, and a state and federal parliamentary adviser on both Indigenous Affairs and Information Technology. Today he’s a marketing and communication specialist. Twenty-four years after he wrote his honors thesis on the Outstation Movement in the Northern Territory, he’s perplexed we are still having the same debate about funding for remote communities.
