Shame is a common part of our lives, but we’re fortunate because we suffer anonymously. The famous among us are not so lucky. So, I’ve decided to quiz them on what proverbial dirt they’ve kept hidden.
First, we got the Pepsi ad taken down, now we’re looking to take down United Airlines. But just because their PR doctors deem our criticism right, that doesn’t make it so.
After spending nine years on the streets, I’ve come to realise that shame is something that cripples us all. Even if we don’t see it through the masks we wear.
We, as a nation has narrowly avoided a recession, which is great but I don’t feel any safer. Perhaps the problem is with the economic system itself.
